Bishop and Associates

Bishop and Associates, a connector industry consulting firm, completes an annual survey of the electronic connector industry which is one of largest and most highly regarded surveys in the business. This survey ranks the attributes of a company which are most important to customers when selecting a supplier.

Over 40 companies are included in the survey each year including many of Samtec’s top competitors, TE, Molex, Amphenol, and others.

Samtec USA has been recognized as overall #1 in the industry for 13 out of the last 14 years, most recently in 2011, and has received #1 honors in a laundry list of categories, including: on-time delivery, price competitiveness, meeting ship dates, lead time satisfaction, technical support satisfaction, shipping samples, web ordering, web product listings, and web technical data availability.

We are extremely honored to have received this award as many times as we have and will continue to do everything we can to foster the culture of customer service and flexibility that has made this a reality.
